As a member, you will be lending your support to this ministry and demonstrating that you are with us inspirit as we strive to bring "All the Gospel to ALL who will believe!" Our Progressive, LGBT-Affirming message reaches around the globe. We need folks who share in our vision to join with us and support our efforts prayerfully.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP:

1. You will receive a membership certificate to print out and display, if you wish, as a reminder that you are part of all we do. It also reminds you to pray for our pastor and this ministry.

2. Your first name, last initial and city and state of residence, as well as your profile photo and email address (unless you do not wish for us to share either of these) will appear on our website's Members Directory. This page is password protected and available ONLY to members. The Member’s Directory helps our members to interact with one another, especially when folks find they live in close proximity to one another, for fellowship, friendship or prayer.

3. We will be offering several online events and meetings which will be open ONLY to members of the online fellowship family! These will be live, interactive ZOOM events, including workshops and prayer meetings, so we must be able to vet and weed out those who seek to enter to disrupt or distract. (We have had this issue in the past, so ZOOM events will be members only)

4. We plan at some future time to also conduct various in-person events, like Camp Meetings or conferences that all our online family will be invited to come and participate in as well. As a member, there will be special perks for our members who attend these events.

5. As a member, Pastor Charles is available to you for any pastoral services you may require. He even at times will travel to members to provide special counseling, encouragements or ministerial services, like weddings, baby dedications, baptisms or funerals. The only obstacle to his being able to do this is the availability of funds at the time. But if the resources are available, he is happy to offer in person ministry.

6. As a member, you will be able to call or face-time with the pastor if you need prayer or counseling or just need to talk to someone regarding spiritual matters. You will be a member of our fellowship, and much like church membership, you will have a pastor available to you when you need him.

7. As a member, we will have your contact information so that in the event of illness or emergency, Pastor Charles will be able to reach out to you by phone with either a voice or video call. We want to be able to reach out to our online membership to comfort, encourage, inspire and counsel when the need exists.

Membership with Faith Forward is so much more than simply watching our services on Facebook or YouTube. It is a way for you to be part of something wonderful. And it affords those who have no local progressive and LGBT-Affirming church the opportunity to benefit from genuine, caring, compassionate pastoral care. We may be an online ministry, but that doesn’t mean we cannot be there for you in a substantive way when the need exists for us to do so!
